1. About Us
Pro Trade Installs Ltd t/a LeakSOS (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides plumbing and heating services in Dublin and surrounding areas. Registered in Ireland (CRO 797890).
2. Services
We provide plumbing/heating services as described on our website or agreed in writing.
All work is subject to availability, site conditions, and safety compliance.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated clearly on our website or confirmed before work begins.
Emergency call-out rates apply outside standard hours.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed via our secure provider (SumUp). We do not store card details.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.
For booked jobs, we may charge a reasonable call-out/cancellation fee if notice is less than 24 hours.
5. Guarantees & Liability
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion (parts subject to manufacturer warranty).
We are not liable for pre-existing faults, system defects, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
6. Access & Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the property.
We may refuse service if unsafe conditions exist (e.g. asbestos, hazardous wiring, aggressive behaviour).
7. Insurance & Compliance
We carry full public liability insurance.
All works comply with relevant Irish plumbing and safety standards.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us directly at info@leaksos.ie and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
You may also seek independent resolution through the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or relevant statutory bodies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
